Virgilio Gonzalez
 3 Masterpieces of Cuban Drama: Plays by Julio Matas, Carlos Felipe, and Virgilio Pinera by Luis Gonzalez, Starting in the 1930s and continuing through the 1940s and 1950s, a succession of dramatic groups appeared in Havana, introducing select Cuban audiences to the artistic trends that had been revolutionizing the European stage since the turn of the century. By the mid-1950s theatrical activity had reached a peak, and notable Cuban playwrights had come into the forefront. Central among them were the three playwrights and the important works contained in this essential volume of plays.

Mike Gonzalez - Miguel Angel Gonzalez (Cordero) (September 24, 1890 - February 19, 1977) was a Cuban catcher, coach and interim manager in American Major League Baseball during the first half of the 20th century.
